Do you have a passion for product testing and all things automotive? We’re hiring a Product Field Testing Technician for our company’s headquarters in Bridgeton, Missouri. If you possess:
1-2 years of experience in automotive or automotive service equipment field and an in depth understanding of equipment manufactured by Hunter Engineering
Ability to lead field product testing evaluation and training to customers.
Working knowledge of undercar service issues, Microsoft tools and computer operating systems

This role will conduct Beta testing of Hunter Engineering Company software, hardware, and other equipment with our industry partners.
As a Product Field Testing Technician:
What you will do:
Field product testing and evaluation, including detail-oriented observation of service equipment operation in a customer environment.
Aid in installation, training, and oversight of upcoming new products in both software and mechanical focused systems
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical automotive service equipment.
Provide customer feedback and written technical reports to Engineering and Product Management
Work with our partners and cultivate those relationships.
Provide product development recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to report and solve problems.
Additional duties as assigned.
Additional Qualifications Include:
Associate degree in the automotive field required, bachelor’s degree in same field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in automotive or automotive service equipment field
In-depth understanding of automotive service equipment as it relates to equipment manufactured by Hunter Engineering Company
Ability to adapt to ever changing priorities in a fast- paced environment.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and present logical conclusions based on customer experiences.
Must have a working knowledge of undercar service issues, Microsoft tools and computer operating systems.
Great verbal and written communication skills
Detailed oriented
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical & mechanical equipment issues.
Clean driving record
