Role Overview:
As the Director of Product for B2B Football Team Products, you will lead a team responsible for developing and enhancing our digital products tailored for Football Teams. You will drive business results, foster innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-impact solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of product management.
Key Responsibilities:
People Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of experienced product managers, fostering their growth and development.
Oversee the entire hiring, onboarding, alignment, coaching, and development lifecycle of product managers within the PFF Football Team Digital Products division.
Drive a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Product Strategy and Execution:
Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for PFF Ultimate and PFF IQ, aligning product objectives with the broader organizational goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Utilize rapid experimentation and data-driven insights to iterate on features, enhance user experience, and drive product innovation.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape strategic initiatives and influence senior leaders.
Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert, providing guidance on product strategy, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers, to gather feedback and drive product enhancements.
Performance Measurement and Optimization:
Identify and track key metrics to measure the success of our products, ensuring that team objectives are aligned with strategic priorities.
Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, user feedback, and market research, optimizing product features and functionality to meet evolving customer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is also helpful
5-6 years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful digital products or services.
Strong understanding of football analytics, player evaluation, and game strategy, with experience working with PFF data preferred.
Proven leadership skills, with 2-5 years of experience managing high-performing teams of product managers or individual contributors.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

Us Compensation And Benefits
PFF has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
The annual budgeted salary range is $150,000 - $170,000, plus annual bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, paid holidays, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at PFF. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (flexible), 7 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus.
