Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with the VP of product innovation and the VP of Product Development on new and existing formulations.
• Coordination of product regulation, registration, testing.
• Customer document control (databases, spec sheets, CoA, etc.)
• Finalize quotes for sales department.
• Understand and utilize FDA labeling procedures.
• Customer Service technical support.
• Work with QC to ensure that all products are developed and sold under current GMP’s.
• Assist in other tasks as assigned by the Product Development team.     
• Complete technical paperwork required by key accounts, domestic, and international customers.
• Review product labels
• Maintain accurate formulation records.
• Maintain positive attitude, and an enthusiasm about the mission and culture of the company.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

• Must possess knowledge of formulas, ingredients, and industry standards for GMP’s.
• Good follow-up skills and the ability to work with several departments.
• Working knowledge of 21 CFR 110 and 111.
• Prior Food or Dietary Supplement background also helpful.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, and possess computer skills with understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
