SalaryRequirements:
- Apply technical and practical knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals to create new design or refine existing designs that meet reliability, schedule, cost and quality goals;
- Use engineering knowledge to create the control plan and process flow as the guidebook for the production process;
Develop the validation plan for new or modified products and ensure product compliance with the industry guidelines and customer requirements; - Analyze and evaluate the performance of new product by mechanics analysis and simulation; Working with sale professional to provide customer technical support for newly developed products and for optimization of existing products;
- Stay up to date on any code, environment, performance standards and evolving technologies;
- Provide technical guidance to the management team for strategy shift based on new technologies and industry trends;
- Develop creative and new solutions to assist in growing the business into new markets;
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Flexible to travel domestically (around 20 days per year) and internationally (about 10 days per year)
