As a Product Development Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in launching new PFML programs and ensuring the seamless management of existing programs. You will collaborate closely with sales partners to facilitate smooth onboarding of PFML programs and managing associated document needs. The impact you’ll make is ensuring our field partners are equipped with the tools necessary for managing the complexities of this market and ultimately ensuring our Policyholders are educated and within compliance of state regulations and deadlines.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: $65, 000 - $85,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assists with the launch and ongoing support of PFML programs by creating/generating required documentation for the customer to stay in compliance with PFML regulations and laws as it relates to private carrier offerings. Monitors all incoming business as it relates to the launch of a new PFML programs and coordinates the communication of required state documents to our sales partners.
- Works side by side with internal business partners to support development and launch of the PFML product. This may include overseeing processes and procedures for document gathering and underwriting approvals prior to group implementation.
- Provides PFML product and service support to field and home office representatives. Collaborates with Marketing and other areas to develop customer facing communications and reference material as it relates to the PFML programs.
- Maintains communications and reference material for our internal stakeholders on the PFML product SharePoint site ensuring documentation is up to date. Participates in testing efforts as it relates to PFML program documents and effectively communicates defects and resolutions to internal stakeholders.
- Builds strong relationships and contacts with peers and associates in key business areas such as Compliance, Actuarial, Sales, Underwriting, Service, Claims, and Legal. Effectively collaborates and communicates to reach common goals and meet customer needs and expectations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Capable of seamlessly managing multiple tasks and projects with expertise in time management, project coordination and the ability to excel in a multitasking environment.
- Strong understanding of maintaining a SharePoint page including maintenance and interactive tools, with proficiency in Excel.
- Clear concise communication, both oral and written paired with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

- Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
- Experience with absence products as well as statutory paid leave programs.
- Understanding of competitor product and absence offerings for supported product lines.
