Our ideal Senior Product Delivery Engineer cares deeply about streamlining processes and delivering solutions and outcomes which exceed customers’ expectations. You’ll love this job if you are energized by collaborating with others to solve problems and excited about creating and leading matrixed-team delivery release processes. Great candidates for this role possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of the product development process, and a proven track record of successfully delivering products and solutions.

As a Product Delivery Engineer within the Information Security organization, you will:

  • Leverage data analysis and customer research to gather requirements and then ensure the appropriate product teams/resources are assembled to deliver the most fitting solution.

  • Work with multiple product teams to identify, manage, and track commitments. Also manage and track cross team dependencies associated with those commitments.

  • Work to identify impediments to deliver on our prioritized objectives early, actively help resolve those impediments, and escalate appropriately when needed.

  • Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments and associated outcomes, and progress, up to senior leadership levels.

  • Collaborate with Security, Tech, Product and Business stakeholders to develop and optimize routines, tools, and processes for continuous improvement.

  • Encourage a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment.

  • Establish entry point for requests which will quickly clarify requirements, save time and enable teams to focus on priority assignments

  • Create and maintain documentation repository and process standardization for program level delivery and release artifacts

  • In partnership with Group Product Managers, facilitate the prioritization and sequencing of backlog items to align with value and strategic importance.

  • Organize, lead and facilitate cross-organizational and cross-team quarterly planning sessions to support predictable delivery of outcomes.

  • Consult and advise on product management practices leveraging proven experience with delivery methods and tools

  • Assist with the measurement of Product Delivery by:

o Synthesizing value outcomes for each feature to set specific, measurable objectives so we can measure success.

o Managing ongoing measurement and reporting of these criteria.

o Apply feedback loops and learning cycles to continuously improve the delivery management process

This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

  • Typically seven or more years of relevant experience;
