Principalmente enfocado en la produccion y ensamble de dispositivos medicos cumpliendo las metas de calidad, seguridad laboral y produccion.

Responsabilidades

• Entender y cumplir con las politicas y practicas de seguridad laboral.
• Responsable por la calidad y cumplir los lineamientos de nuestra politica de calidad y plan estrategico de la calidad
• Ensamblar dispositivos medicos en aquellas estaciones que este debidamente certificado y cumplir otras asignaciones para lograr las metas y metricas de manufactura.
• Demostrar entendimientos basicos de manufactura Lean y sus principios.
• Disposicion y flexibilidad para trabajar con diferentes personas, areas y turnos por el bien del equipo.
• Uso correcto de las buenas practicas de documentacion para la industria medica.
• Disposicion para ser parte de responsabilidades compartidas.
• Entender y seguir las politicas y procedimientos de todas las plantas de Boston Scientific.
• Responsable de cumplir con todos los entrenamientos requeridos para su posicion, tanto de BSCI Global como de la respectiva planta de manufactura.
• Deseable que tenga experiencia laboral

Purpose Statement:

In a team environment, perform assembly of a variety of medical products. Perform a variety of assembly tasks with established procedures which includes documentation and guidelines. Responsible for inspecting product as it is assembled to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met. Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers both in speech and in writing. Work assigned daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of medical devices as assigned. Perform all aspects of assembly learned through on-the-job training.
• Understand and follow all BSC and GMP procedures required to assemble product to specification. Prepare all necessary documentation, check drawing specification, complete log sheets, and maintain clean working area, print and inspect labels (if applicable).
• Communicate with team members to problem solve and resolve issues.
• Perform special assignments and other duties as required.
• Ability to lift 20lbs on occasion.
• Must comply with all regulatory requirements and ISO 14001 and BSC Environmental, Health and Safety standards and follow procedures and instructions related to these standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior relevant work experience
• 1 year of related work experience preferred
• Prior knowledge of the job
• Performs routine task working from detailed written or verbal instructions
• Prior related decision making skills
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow complex work instructions
