Product Assembler (Light Bench-top Assembly)
Advanced Machine & Engineering is a diversified manufacturing company that designs, builds, & delivers carbide sawing systems, custom work holding solutions, & automation solutions for a variety of industries. We are looking for full time, 1st shift Light bench-top Assembler.
Position Responsibilities:
- Works as part of a production team to assemble parts
- Uses hand tools or machines to assembly parts
- Conducts quality control checks
- Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies
- Assembles small parts manually
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Some assembly experience in a manufacturing environment or relevant work environment experience a plus.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and gauges.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
