Cheil Dallas serves as the lead agency for all Samsung projects in North America and is located steps from their office at Legacy Central in Plano, Texas. It’s the home base for more than 200 creative problem-solvers who share a passion for developing groundbreaking ideas rooted in data, driven by insights, and enabled by innovative technology.
And that brings us to you … or rather you to us. Pushing boundaries of traditional advertising requires a curious mind undeterred by the never-been-done. We are looking for an Experiential Producer who is hungry to reshape and change the retail and experiential landscape. We serve to elevate every consumer touchpoint, creating a heightened journey by connecting both online and offline for a seamless shopper experience.

About the responsibilities
Like you, this job is multidimensional. And every aspect is crucial to creating culturally relevant work.
- Elevate every consumer touch point in the purchase cycle, creating a heightened journey by connecting both online and offline for a seamless shopper experience.
- Effectively plan and project manage experiential and event marketing from branded environment, mobile vehicles, on campus, influencer and youth marketing programs.
- Use your experiential and event management experience and knowledge to develop a smart and creative approach to but not limited on Gen Z and youth marketing.
- Work well and help lead a diverse project team to develop concepts and program ideas.
- Evaluate project details, cost/budget, and timelines to make appropriate recommendations and/or provide alternative solutions.
- Oversight of contracts, vendor proposals, and negotiations of contracts/costs.
- Work with other teams to maintain consistent vision/message/image of client’s brand vision.
- Lead and support pre and post project activities such as cost analysis, invoice reconciliation and project recap.
- Research competitive programs and trends for competitive analysis.
- Deliver overall project management and ensure quality control for all deliverables.
- Must be able to effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, be confident to make decisions, not be deterred when things are up in the air, and can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
About the requirements
You’ve got to check the boxes before you can think outside of them.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in experiential marketing and/or event planning and management.
- Event marketing planning and implementation skills.
- Strong documentation skills (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
- Great story teller, writer and a presenter.
- Desire to solve challenging problems with effective solutions.
- Must be able to anticipate hidden problems, provide excellent honest analysis, able to look beyond the obvious and not stop at the first answers.
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written.
- Strong relationship builder.
- Work well under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Keen knowledge of technology, virtual media, and social media integration.
- Great team player who lends a hand to teammates whenever needed.
- Must be digital savvy to and comfortable working within online and offline projects.
- Solid understanding of branding and storytelling.
- Experience of working with a major technology brand is preferred but not a must.
- Able to travel as needed for projects.
- Able to work onsite at the Plano, Texas office 2 days a week.
