Produce Associate

Responsibilities:
- Stock and maintain the produce section of the store
- Clean and organize the produce area to ensure a visually appealing display
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management for restocking needs
- Ensure proper rotation of products to minimize waste
- Assist customers with their produce selections and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a produce department
- Knowledge of different types of produce and their characteristics
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory control
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, including stocking and moving produce
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.34 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
