Essential Functions:

• Handle and maintain the flow of inventory in the warehouse

• Operate barcode scanner

•Perform basic tag and paperwork functions with high accuracy to ensure integrity of pallet movement and food safety traceability

• Ensure all equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean, saf,e and orderly fashion • Report any product quality issues immediately to the supervisor

• Properly select / load / inspect /sort products per supervisors instructions /guidance

• Assist in general clean-up of the warehouse throughout the day Competencies,

Education, and Skills to be Successful:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• At least 6 months prior experience safely operating forklifts, and electric pallet jacks, and understands general warehouse operations

• Experience using RF Scanners, WMS

• Must be able to read ,write, and speak English to communicate verbally and writing

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong listening skills

• Organized and attention-to-detail skills

• Problem-solving skills

Physical Demands:

• Work in cold and wet cooler conditions for short periods

• Consistently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 75 lbs

• Stand or sit for long periods of time

Schedule:

• 1st Shift (6:00 am – until work is finished)

• 40 – 45 hours per week

• Monday – Friday (Alternating Weekends)

Compensation:

• Hourly rate $18.00
