- Efficiently distribute and manage work orders, ensuring timely resolution by vendors.

- Experience in data collection and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP and P2P systems preferred.
- Proven ability to excel in a remote home office setting.
- Expected to work 40+ hours per week in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for vendor evaluations, site visits, and company meetings/events.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Accredited Purchasing/Supply Chain Certification preferred.
- Previous experience in the convenience store (C-store), grocery, or restaurant sectors.
- Familiarity with ContractWorks, VERISAE VX Fields/VX Observe/VX Maintain/VX Sustain, Smartsheet, LaserFiche, ContractWorks, and Egnyte software systems.
- Experience in commercial construction and remodeling projects.
- Background in facilities maintenance operations.
