Summary:Project Coordinator leads projects in collaboration with Project Managers and Team Leads for Procurement at DH Companies

Project Coordinator Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Planning, organizing, implementing, and executing project objectives pertaining to Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating, Supplies & Equipment (OS&E).

- Coordinate DH Companies’ projects involving property expansions, renovations, new construction, design and recycling projects.

- Reviews and ensures with their teams, the delivery and financial data integrity running the life cycle of a project.

- Shares overall responsibility for executing multiple projects with Project Managers and Team Leads.

- Ensures each project completes on time and within the contracted budget requirements.

- The Project Coordinator is an essential member of the Procurement and Freight Team.

- Handle other assignments as needed

Education/Experience

- 1-5 years related experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Job Factors/Work Environment

- Up to 30% travel

- Hybrid Remote or Full Remote

- Work is primarily sedentary in nature
