We are looking for a Procurement Manager to manage certain packaging material categories. This individual will guarantee purchase of goods, materials and services in accordance with defined guidelines to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery. This individual will also ensure continuity of supply running the purchase order with a set supplier base with alignment of Ferrero central procurement strategy.
• Ensure supply continuity of local pack material categories with pricing, quality and delivery
• Implement central pack material strategy in local USA
• Manage budget for pack material categories
• Effectively manage daily relationships with external suppliers
• Manage the purchase order process
• Manage central and local stakeholders in Matrix organization
• Manage RFI, RFQ, market analysis, risk management, price management
• Bachelor degree
• 5-10 years procurement experience
• Experience working in matrix organization
• Knowledge of the Global Pack Material market
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and influence others
• Ability to problem solve and set priorities
• Master of Microsoft Excel, PPT and SAP
