This Purchasing and Procurement position offers full time hours, Monday - Friday day shift scheduling, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, training, growth opportunities, and a team culture that is of top priority to our ownership.
- Starting Pay Ranges $20.00 - $22.50 Per hour depending on experience
- Position is Full Time 40 hours per week

Purchaser Role Responsibilities Include:
- Purchasing and Inventory
- Placing routine purchase orders to Vendors within purchasing schedule
- Procure product for special orders and facilitating the fulfillment process
- Maintaining open purchase orders and working to manage and fulfill backorders
- Providing remote purchasing and receiving support for store locations
- Placing routine store to store product transfers
- Assist with setting up new parts in company Inventory/POS system
- Administrative
- Accounts payable vouchering and reconciliation reports
- Routine customer order entries
- Placing Employee uniform purchase orders
- Sourcing and purchasing store supply orders
- Various report processing related to purchasing, inventory, taxes, etc.
- Special program assistant for environmental rebates we are involved with
- Qualifications:
- Availability to work a 40-hour work week - Monday through Friday
- Associates Degree in related field or High School Diploma + 2 years related work experience
- Ability to communicate concrete and abstract ideas and understand and communicate directions using both oral and written means
- Proficient multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and follow-up capabilities
- Ability to perform simple math calculations such as addition, multiplication, percentages
- Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines
- Must have expert knowledge of Windows / Excel / Word / Gmail and various other Business Software Applications like QuickBooks, Asana, Slack, Etc.
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including peak seasons and special events

Our Training Program: Though purchasing experience is preferred, it is not required for this position. If your the "Task Master", detail oriented, computer savvy type, we can provide you the training you need to be successful in the role. In the initial 3 months, we provide training assistance specifically designed to equip you for the job. This program will incorporate a blend of hands-on, online, and real-time activities to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in your role and become a true purchasing professional.

Schedule:
