You will serve as a Procurement Analyst within NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.Qualifications: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized Experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Develops, selects and applies a wide range of pre and post-acquisition support processes and program analysis techniques.
- Analyzes and interprets a wide variety of issues to formulate policy or procedural solutions to problems.
- Resolves complex procurement and business problems.
- Plans, manages and reviews procurement for the latest in technology, multi-million dollar, multiple year service contracts for the operation and maintenance of Government installations and equipment and components.
