SalarySuper Locksmith Services is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Processing Assistant to join our team. The Processing Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our processing department. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assist in processing incoming orders, including verifying accuracy and completeness of order forms
Prepare orders for processing by sorting, organizing, and prioritizing them according to established procedures
Input and update order information into the company's database or order management system
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders
Assist in packaging and labeling orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and packaged securely
Perform quality control checks on processed orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelving units, workstations, and storage areas
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Assist in other tasks and projects as assigned by the Processing Supervisor or Manager
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a processing or warehouse environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and data entry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.62 - $22.42 per hour
