About the Role
We are searching for an experienced Process Technician for our plant in Spartanburg SC USA to perform the duties described below.
Your Responsibilities
- Fault analysis with all HMIS of the production lines
- Support high gloss line
- Responsible for Riveting Process (Process Control)
- Create, modify and document programs for production equipment
- Assist operators in all set-ups and adjustments
- Optimize production processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot production equipment
- Assist engineering with daily production issues and special projects or tasks.
- Perform TPM on machines
- Assist in training team members, team leaders and group leaders on process changes
- Assist with maintaining work instructions, procedures, and guidelines relating to equipment needs
- Perform a variety of production line functions and serve as a back-up operator.
Who we are looking for
- Degree in engineering or related field and 1-3 years of experience or 3-5 years of experience or a combination of education and experience
Your preferred qualifications
- Experience with KUKA robots preferred
- Experience with TIG welding aluminum preferred
- Knowledge of production, testing and problem solving
- Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.
