Position Summary:
The role is required to maintain the control of processes in injection and silicone molding. The role also provides support to the execution of the production schedule including anything from component changes, setups and startups for both silicone and plastic. This position is a direct report to the Shift Supervisor.

The role also provides support to the execution of the production schedule including anything from component changes, setups and startups for both silicone and plastic. This position is a direct report to the Shift Supervisor.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of supervisory experience required
- 2 years of plastic injection experience preferred
- 3+ years of Mold Technician experience is required.
- Ability to read measuring devices, i.e. micrometer, vernier calipers, Acu-Guage, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints
- Experience with hand tools is required
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Some math required
- Basic knowledge of IQMS and decoupled molding a plus
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Moderate computer skills
- Excellent people skills
- Experience with 5S and Lean Organization methods
- Goal Oriented
