Process Line Operator

Summary

Metal finishing company specializing in automotive performance coating is seeking Process Line Operators. We offer an opportunity for long term stability and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain prompt and regular attendance
• Follow production schedule and work instructions
• Monitor machinery and perform in-process quality checks
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
• Follow safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Ability to lift, occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Production experience
• Basic math and computer skills
• Facility with basic hand tools (wrench, screw driver, allen wrench, etc.)
• Visual acuity and the ability to distinguish colors
• Pass drug test, background check and physical examination

Salary: $16.00 to $17.65 per hour and a great benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k) and paid time off!
