  • 2+ years’ experience in Program or Project Management
  • Experience with MS Outlook. Excel, and Word
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • A self-starter who possess intellectual curiosity; proven track record to deep dive, root cause, and drive business improvements with the customer in mind
  • Proven ability to drive decisions through data and analytics, utilizing tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel

We are looking for a skilled program manager to be a part of the Seller-Fulfilled Returns team. In this role, you will be working with product managers, software developers, program managers, and operational partners to improve the seller-fulfilled return experience. As a Program Manager, you will champion global Amazon processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive the change management, testing, and content creation for new seller-fulfilled return products worldwide. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, have the ability to communicate with stakeholders on multiple levels, demonstrate ownership, and will be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • 2+ years of Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Return Operations experience
  • QA Testing Experience
  • Ability to be a big picture thinker, strategist, and long-term planner
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Experience and success at leading cross-functional programs or projects
  • Proven ability to influence and lead without direct management authority

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $52,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $112,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
