Hiring Range: $6,892 - $ 7,658/month

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Remote and schedule flexibility with supervisor approval.

Definition:

Responsible for driving process analysis and owning process improvements in assigned areas or work streams. Leads work flow analysis and provides potential solutions to business process issues or problems. Coordinates and performs a variety of research and analysis work in areas including, but not limited to, utility usage and load management, customer metrics, monthly billings, and support for utility rate design. Must be able to analyze complex processes, work in cooperation with subject matter experts, identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to improve business processes. This position necessitates frequent new skill acquisition and understanding.

Principal Duties:

· Work across functional areas to assess, analyze and document operating processes.

· Lead productive discussions for each process analyzed to clarify problem statements, current state, and future state.

· Coordinate process workflow, quality management and process analysis work among divisions or departments. Create and organize implementation of process and performance excellence improvements.

· Identify process improvements that will result in data quality improvements.

· Perform workflow, quality management and process analysis consistent with Six Sigma, ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems (QMS), and/or comparable techniques.

· Serve as process owner when appropriate, providing training and technical direction to staff carrying out assigned business processes.

· Create operating metrics related to processes to assure adoption and desired improvements are realized.

· Log and track priority processes for continuous improvement and optimization over time.

· Design and implement root-cause analysis procedures for owned processes.

Working Environment:

Work is generally performed in a standard office environment. May include non-traditional working hours and occasional use of vehicle. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to communicate verbally using telephones, presentations and through interpersonal communication. Frequent use of technical office equipment including personal computer, document preparation equipment, and telephone. May involve the ability to move 15 -20 pounds, mobility through diverse work environments. Physical requirements include hearing, speaking and writing. Mental requirements include frequent reading of documents, use of confidentiality, problem solving, detailed work, math, reasoning, verbal and written communication, customer contact and multiple concurrent tasks.

Qualifications:

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, finance, statistics, public administration, social science, or related field, and four years related job experience.
