JOB DESCRIPTION
The Demand Process Architecture team, part of Revenue Operations Demand Management organization, is looking for a Demand Architecture Analyst.
Responsible for full end to end documentation of Demand Processes and sub-processes across the scope of campaign to lead funnel.
Using domain expertise, evaluate existing technology, processes, and practices in order to make recommendations for continuous improvement of global demand management ecosystem.
Collaborate cross-functionally, analyze and report on processes and sub-processes performance, gaps, interlocks, and efficiency metrics across the demand management funnel and make recommendations to key collaborators for ongoing process improvements.
Basic Qualifications
" 5+ years of experience in marketing/demand operations, marketing/demand strategy, or management consulting, preferably in cloud-base software.
" Holistic understanding of all processes and subprocesses which influence the demand generation funnel; from audience acquisition through customer renewal.
" Proven Demand generation domain expertise in a sales or marketing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
" Ability to synthesize sophisticated process frameworks into consumable steps for senior leadership as well as workstream stakeholders.
Proven track record of using data to identify areas of opportunity and present recommendations for improvement.
" Strong understanding of lead generation development standard methodologies for high-growth technology companies.
" Possess experience with Marketing Engagement Platforms, CRMs and Lead Generation Tools.
