SUMMARY: All Tri-Eagle Sales employees are expected to live and lead the Tri-Eagle Sales FISH philosophy and company values with a focus on customer service.


SALES EXECUTION

  • Sell and service each account as scheduled and follow Tri-Eagle Sales policy on sales processes.
  • Sell and service each retailer remembering that the customer is very important to Tri-Eagle Sales and Anheuser-Busch and must be dealt with respectfully and courteously.
  • Call on each of your accounts via their assigned method as scheduled.
  • Responsible for being the subject matter expert regarding the BEES online portal. Monitor BEES accounts’ ordering strike rate against expected.
  • Track and monitor results of new placements made and report results to customer.
  • Learn the Tri-Eagle portfolio to enhance selling ability and stay up with the new products.
  • Monitor product rotation and communicate any potential problems to the On-Premise Team Leader.
  • Maintains rotation of products, according to Anheuser-Busch and Tri-Eagle Sales standards, by coordinating quality control efforts with the assigned service reps for each Pro-Sell account.
  • Provide customers with reliable and efficient sales of Anheuser-Busch and other supplier partner products through merchandising, and the successful completion of other related duties.
  • Responsible for merchandising accounts with applicable brand signage and marketing materials and maintaining quality image of all merchandising materials with the assigned service reps for each Pro-Sell account.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with retailers.
  • Cross train and Perform duties as a backup for other On-Premise Sales Staff


ADMINISTRATIVE

  • Greet and direct guests who come to the front door, distribute mail, and incoming faxes as required.
  • Retrieve messages from the phone system and direct to the appropriate personnel.
  • Comply with company mission statement and state beverage regulations.
  • Responsible for maintaining all assigned company equipment in clean, quality condition.
  • Work safely and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) and one year of related experience and/or training. Experience and/or training may be substituted for education diploma. Working proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.


LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.


REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

The employee must regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 160 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently exposed to extreme cold and heat and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and humid conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.


The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
