Private Housekeeper

Qualifications

High school or equivalent (Required)

· Driver's License (Required)

• Pass a criminal background check and TB test (Required)
• Personal vehicle with proof of auto insurance or another reliable means of transportation to drive to client’s homes.
• Availability of weekdays (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday - very flexible schedule (Weekends Off)
• Languages: Spanish (preferred, but not required)

Duties

The residence is inhabited by two adults, a dog and four cats.

The residence has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, that need to be clean, a living room, dining room and kitchen.

The job consists of cleaning the house and keeping it clean.

Responsibilities

• to clean the kitchen, wash dishes, clean counter tops, sweep,mop floors, and vacuum every day.

• Cook breakfast and lunch; wash dishes, clean stove, and countertops; keep the fridge clean.

• Do laundry and ironing, if needed; It also includes bedding, sheets, and bedspreads, etc.

• Empty the trash cans from the rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen.

• Run errands, such as going to the supermarket, pharmacy, etc.

· Clean bathrooms: mirrors, bathtub, sink, floors, toilet, counter, and baseboards.

· Clean the windows: inside and outside.

• use provided equipment including vacuum, and microfiber cleaning cloths.
• clean all surfaces in home, including ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, showers toilets and bathrooms.
• cook who can prepare meals to serve to owners of the house. The successful candidate will be responsible for: cleaning, preparing food, cooking meals and keep and sanitize work areas.
• to do grocery shopping and other errands
• pet sitting responsibilities: feed, walk the dog. Feed the cats and keep defecation area clean. Keep the pet’s area clean.

Physical Demands

The employee may be required to do the following:

• Physically able to bend, stand, stoop, or sit for long periods of time
• Lift and carry up to 35 lbs.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Minimum of two years of experience
