Form of workThe Private Estate Housekeeper ensures the physical aspects of the property are maintained by cleaning the common grounds of the property.
This will be a part time role in Manhatten Beach, with some flexibility needed to work on weekends.

What You Will Do:
- General daily tasks cleaning the master bathroom
- Attention to detail for the finer points of cleaning
- Comfortable taking initiative and observing what additional tasks they may perform without instruction.
- Some organization of storage spaces
- basic daily tasks
- washing and folding bed linens and towels
- making bed
- washing dishes
- Tidying common areas
- Possibly helping with events and parties
- Vacuuming and moping
- Tidying outside poolside area
- Excellent time management
- Efficient and organized
- Good natured and positive attitude
- Must be aware and considerate of children in the home. I.e. Keeping safety gates closed.
What You Will Bring:
- 3 years of executive cleaning experience
- Basic understand of word, excel and outlook
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written and keyboard skills
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task & work well under pressure
- Have access to a vehicle with a valid drivers license.
