Medical office seeking Prior Authorization Specialists who can work in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated, team-oriented, organized and have strong time management skills. This position is being offered as work from home/remote but will require occasional visits to our Haverhill MA or Concord NH offices for training.Job Description:Request, track, and follow-up on Prior Authorization requests within Brightree, external web and phone systems.
Patient/ referral communications via phone and mail. Manage compliance requests via fax, phone, and be responsible for efficient workflow processing of new patient setups.Task include:-Submitting Prior Authorizations to insurance company-Onboarding patient information into billing and compliance systems-Requesting insurance required follow-up documentation-Phone calls to patients and referrals as well as other office functionsPay based on experience and skill level.
