Our 28-year-old company continues to grow and has an opening for a Full-Time Sales Representative that will be responsible for acquiring and supporting the marketing, Print & Sign needs of business to business clients.
Some of the activities of the position include qualifying leads, sales appointments, proposal presentations and follow up. The ability to leverage modern technology including computers, the internet, social media and email are integral to the role. You will be required to make phone calls to people you dont know, you must be willing to call and call and call again. Seriously if you are not willing to follow up you should not apply.
Success in this position will require you to create business conversations with complete strangers; many of who wont want to talk to you, it is not easy. If you are looking to punch a time-clock and collect a paycheck this is not the job for you. If however you are looking for a career opportunity with an uncapped commission structure this might be what you are looking for.
The right candidate has experience in B2B sales, new account development and account management. Important traits include being energetic, positive, self-motivated, detailed and a strong people person. Background in print, marketing, signage, direct mail or promotional products is a plus.
Big Pluses If You Have:
-Sold B2B
-A background in the print or sign industry
-Understanding of direct mail and the data that drives it
-Software experience with Microsoft Office
-Utilized a CRM system

Salary and Commission $40,000-60,000 first year earnings
