The base salary will be between $65K -75K annually.

JOB PURPOSE
This position works closely with Print Regional Sales Director (RSD) and Print Sales Representatives on the team to support sales growth and management of the team's assigned customer base. It will give you the opportunity to learn about the print industry and develop selling skills. Develop the skills to understand print customers' needs and be responsive to work with the team (sales, customer service, and customer support) to provide an outstanding customer experience. Works with the sales team to prospect for potential new customers. May independently handle small local accounts. Work with RSD and sales reps to maximize margins, gain market share, and drive value-added selling.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn sales administration by completing a rotation in sales office functions.
- Learn sales process by completing training program and study assignments.
- Observe the sales process by traveling with sales representatives and attending sales and service calls.
- Practice sales process by calling on existing and then new accounts, adhering to established sales steps.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational improvement opportunities, reading sales and marketing publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in sales and marketing organizations.
- Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Handle mill claims, inventory issues, CDI inventory, and consignment. Addresses service failures and A/R and cost issues in a timely, responsive manner.
- Input prices in sales tools, manage market change and provide sales data and reports to the sales team.
- Prepare quarterly business review materials for customers.
- With RSD and Sales Rep, presents quarterly business reviews to customers.
- Responsible for order entry and management.
- Prepare responses to customer RFPs.
- Manage the implementation of customer implementations.
