Job Description
As a growing company, we are seeking a Digital Press Operator for our 2nd & 3rd shifts (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM and 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM respectively) who is technically & mechanically savvy enough to join our great team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate state-of-the-art digital press equipment and its scanning software to simultaneously produce very high-quality printed labels.
- Scrutinize the daily work queue and paperwork associated with each digital press job.
- Make minor adjustments and repairs on the production equipment.
- Perform standard pre- and post-maintenance needs.
- Report any major or unrepairable issues to appropriate management member(s).
- Ensure all output meets the expected quality and compliance in accordance with the requirements and/or specifications.
- Install the specified stock materials associated with each job's requirement.
- Place all completed production in designated areas in compliance with cGMP and any other pertinent standards or guidelines.
- Linearize the colors needed to meet the scoped requirements or match historic colors for the same past specs requested.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a digital press operator is a major plus.
- Experience with setting up and adjusting the scaling of scanning software would be considered significant skills for this role.
- Accustomed to meeting high quality standards consistently.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Intermediate knowledge in common software, especially Microsoft's Office Suite.
- Dependable with very strong work ethic.
- Ability to learn quickly and accurately.
- Adaptable to overtime when needed.
