Print / Graphic Designer - Boys

About Us:

Btween is a leading lifestyle brand  that designs, sources, markets and sells high quality products in multiple kids segments.  Btween is looking for a dynamic and effective Senior Print and Graphic Designer to immediately impact for our team, focusing on boys apparel.

Responsibilities: 

• Create original prints and graphics in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop artwork from concept through pre-production.
• Work closely with Design team to set deadlines and ensure timely presentation of artwork.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to execute artwork.
• Research emerging print/graphic concepts and trends for inspiration.
• Maintain a working knowledge of factory-ready artwork and repeats.
• Must be able to manage workload and prioritize in order to meet all deliverables.
• Spearhead and participate in projects and large company initiatives.
• Proactively foster collaboration and growth within the team through strategic research and suggestions for best practices. 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Print and Graphic Design or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Art or Graphic Design or related field.
• Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
• Strong knowledge and application of Illustrator and Photoshop for textile design.
• Strong illustrative hand and painting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.
