Roles and Responsibilities:
Specific Job Duties: Lead technical projects related to incoming technology transfer, productization, new product setup, yield ramp-up, Device performance improvement, technology enhancement including quality and margin improvements, process simplification, cost engineering, and other KPI improvements. Lead cross-organizational Task Force Teams to resolve technical issues in complex nature. Define organizational development projects, set execution plan and guide progress. Develop technical management principles and methodology to improve work efficiency of organization. Review key engineering projects and task force outcomes and communicate key issues to executive team. Provide executive feedback to working groups to improve operation/communication and support executives to resolve technical challenges. Review KPI, develop new performance index and highlight focus area to executive team. (Multiple Openings)

Skills and Qualifications:
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required
Minimum Requirements: Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy or a related field, and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools
Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
1. RTL design;
2. Synthesis and Timing analysis;
3. Test/verification plan creation;
4. RTL quality analysis; and
5. Functional verification of microprocessor hardware systems.
