As a Cloud Architect, you will influence and define cloud and microservices best practices, design patterns, and architectures. Your expertise on all things cloud, microservices, agility, and security will allow you to provide thought leadership for a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll use your years of experience to design and prototype new solutions across the full life cycle, mentoring other team members along the way. About the team
The Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients- toughest business challenges. You'll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.

What you’ll do

About you
- You are an expert in the latest architectural methodologies.
- You have proven experience leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of developers.
- You can communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- You have extensive experience in architecting scalable, resilient, and high-performance applications.
Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience as a software architect.
- 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and optimizing AWS solutions.
- 4-5+ years of experience as a software developer, designing and implementing RESTful APIs and server-side logic.
- Expertise in back-end technologies such as Typescript, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, and GraphQL.
- Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks, preferably React.js.
- Proficient in IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) for automating infrastructure deployment and management.
- Pre-sales experience.
- In-depth understanding of cloud services such as compute, storage, databases, and serverless computing.
- Proficiency in designing microservices architecture and API-driven development.
- Previous experience leading front-end development teams in building user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Experience implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in applications for sensitive domains.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous monitoring.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity or experience in developing applications for emergency services or first responders.
Additional Information
California State base compensation range: $200,000 - 230,000, dependent on experience.
