The role will devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems within or across Network Capacity, planning, and ordering. This role requires a passion for problem solving, the flexibility to shift with business priorities, and an unrivaled attention to detail. Additionally, the role will be required to effectively communicate status, and suggest changes to use company resources more efficiently.

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

1. Lead process improvement initiatives

2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure quality

3. Work across various service teams to determine feasibility and timelines

4. Create presentations, documents and other artifacts needed to communicate across the organization

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

+ 8+ years of relevant work experience in program/project management or process improvement

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant

+ Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success

+ Experience in Lean Six Sigma and a strong desire to drive change and improve processes

+ Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, and presentations

+ High ownership with a strong bias for action

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in systems analysis with the ability to formulate and define systems scope and objectives

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors

+ Ability to create and communicate process changes to Business Systems teams effectively, generating buy-in

+ Lean Six Sigma certification

+ Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products

+ Ability to think broadly and strategically

+ Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills

+ Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment

+ Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making

+ Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
