About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced finance professional with a demonstrated history of working at global financial institutions in complex financial and operational environments, comfortable with multiple competing priorities and interaction with senior leadership. This individual will work on the Treasury Business Management team who is responsible for driving change and accountability through delivering strategic objectives, maintaining a strong control environment, effectively managing human capital and partner relationships, including but not limited to Third Parties and Rating Agencies.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as subject matter professional with regards to Treasury programs and initiatives who will lead highly complex, large, and cross organizational strategic initiatives with companywide impact
- Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across multiple lines of business
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, broad reaching
- Plan and manage strategic initiatives, using solid analytical skills, extensive experience executing plans, strategies and processes, along with an understanding of Treasury and its priorities
- Provide vision, leadership, and industry knowledge regarding highly complex cross organizational strategic initiatives that influence the company's business
- Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of business and support groups
- Evaluate effectiveness and provide updates to key enterprise stakeholders, leadership, and executive leadership regarding the root cause, cost or benefit, and risk evaluations
- Interact with Rating Agencies, Regulators and third parties
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 10+ years Financial Institution Experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Large Complex Financial Institution experience including but not limited to liquidity, stress testing and capital and the associated reporting
- Experience managing and advancing relationships with Rating Agencies, Regulators and/or other third parties, ensuring coordination across all functions and businesses, as relevant
- 10+ years Treasury Experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management
- Experience interacting and presenting to OC+1
- MBA

Pay Range
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00Benefits
