We are in search of full-time and part-time therapists. In this position you will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation and mental health services in group or individual settings.

Requirements/ Job Overview:

• FT therapists will do both group and one-on-one sessions
• PT therapists will do only groups, not one-on-ones
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
• Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• California AMFT or ACSW required, we have LMFTs on staff to provide supervision
• You do not need to live in California, but you need to live somewhere in the United States
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields preferred
• SUD treatment experience preferred but not required
• KIPU software knowledge preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities

Schedule:

Full Time therapists Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm, work remotely.

Part-time therapists work 5pm-9pm Monday through Friday or some combination of days such as Mondays Wednesdays and Thursdays for example, the position is remote work.

Compensation:

Full-Time: $$55k-$70k per year commensurate with experience plus medical, dental, PTO and 401k.

Part-Time: $60 per hour.
