Job Description
- Leads and manages the operations of a clinical service line.
- Participates in the leadership of clinic wide initiatives and aligns service line processes and outcomes with Bridge Clinics Integrated Care Model.
- Supervises clinical and non-clinical staff, supports operational initiatives, and leads their team towards delivering exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes, as well as staff experiences.
- Manages day-to-day operations and ensures the clinic runs smoothly, effectively, and efficiently.
- Staff Management and Development. Build a culture of engagement and accountability. Hire, train, supervise, coach, mentor and manage service line staff. Provide and promote open honest frequent feedback. Ensure staff competency through regular skill validation.
- Clinic Operations. Ensures compliance with clinic practices, evidence-based standards or care, and billing standards. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and clinic safety programs and protocols. Aligns clinical services within the broader Integrated Care Model in coordination with clinic-wide leadership. Improve clinic efficiency and outcomes through continuous improvement processes and operational reviews. Lead the implementation of clinic initiates including training service line staff on new initiatives and workflows.
- Management Scope. Lead clinic-wide improvement projects under the direction of the Integrated Services Director. Collaborate with clinic leadership on operational and clinical management responsibilities.
- Strategic Relationships. Identify community needs that align with community health improvement plans and Bridge Clinic priorities. Collaborate with Senior Leadership to identify and develop additional community partnerships that improve access to care.

- A bachelor's degree in health care administration, health services or a related field
- Previous health care experience
- At least three years of progressive leadership in a healthcare, or related, setting with day-to-day operational, process improvement, and staff responsibilities.
- Community Health Center or Federally Qualified Health Center
- Healthcare center with integrated service
