Urology Associates of Green Bay (UAGB) is at the forefront of providing comprehensive urologic care in a patient-centered environment. With a legacy of excellence spanning over five years of growth, we're a team of 11 dedicated providers supported by a robust staff including a nursing manager, internal billing and coding personnel, and administrative support. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to guide our operations and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional urologic care.
The Role:
The Practice Manager will be the cornerstone of our practice's operations, acting as the primary liaison between our internal team and external partners, including hospital leadership, accounting firms, and other contractual relationships. With a strategic vision and a knack for leadership, the ideal candidate will drive our practice towards efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
Key Objectives:
- Collaborate with our team to set and drive the organizational vision, operations strategy, and optimize staffing levels.
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable steps for growth, overseeing goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
- Champion a culture of inclusivity and productivity, ensuring organizational goals are met while maintaining compliance with business regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and enhance internal operations and processes.
- Implement business strategies and plans in alignment with short- and long-term objectives.
- Oversee operations collaborating closely with our physicians and nursing manager.
- Manage financial aspects to ensure growth and profitability.
- Utilize performance metrics for monitoring and adjustments, fostering trusted relationships within and outside the practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years in leadership positions, preferably in healthcare.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and high personal integrity.
- Comprehensive understanding of business planning, regulatory issues, and performance metrics.
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration. Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in billing and medical coding.
- Background in collections and accounting.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
