Join an expanding Primary Care practice in North Florida with clinic opportunities outside of Gainesville and Tallahassee, FL Collaborative team and dedicated medical staff. Outpatient (Monday - Friday), no weekends. eClinical Works EMR.

Established FQHC community health center with 10 outpatient clinical locations in Northern Florida supporting an underserved population. Full-service practice group offering pediatrics, Primary Care, behavioral health, dentistry.

Requirements:

• BE/BC Family Medicine
• FL license or eligible
