Job Description:

As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional who is committed to providing comprehensive Primary Care services to individuals of all ages. While experience with elderly populations is preferred, it is not required, as we value your passion and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Primary Care Services: Provide routine medical care, preventive services, and health education to patients across the lifespan.
2. Diagnosis and Treatment: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
3. Chronic Disease Management: Manage and monitor chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease, with a focus on preventive care and patient education.
4. Collaborative Care: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nurses, nurse practitioners, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
5. Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
6. Patient Education: Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall well-being.
7. Continuing Education: Stay current with medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Valid California medical license and DEA certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dedication to providing compassionate patient-centered care.
• Willingness to collaborate with a diverse patient population.
