**Psychiatry Opening in Riverside, CA**_x000D_ Los Angeles 54m_x000D_ _x000D_ The Psychiatrist will work to support the mission and vision by providing evaluations and medication management services to patients. This role will work with psychotherapists, primary care physicians, and adjunct support services staff. Additionally, this role will support the clinical supervision and professional growth of a psychiatric provider. Salary Range: $299,541.11 - $366,105.80, depending on experience._x000D_ _x000D_ **Roles & Responsibilities**_x000D_ _x000D_ * Provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessment, evidence-based medication management and treatment, psycho-education, and follow-up to patients_x000D_ * Provides health and behavioral health services_x000D_ * Provides Medication Assisted Treatment to patients, as needed_x000D_ * Provides personal information to and participates in the credentialing process with managed care companies_x000D_ * Participates in process and program quality improvement initiatives_x000D_ * Participates in case conferences, departmental or agency meetings, as directed_x000D_ * Impacts patient experience by demonstrating values of Transforming Care including, but not limited to, courteous and helpful behavior and a commitment to accuracy_x000D_ * Completes documentation timely, accurately, and locks notes within 48 hours_x000D_ * Provides weekly clinical supervision to PMHNP, PA-C, or other advanced provider equivalent positions_x000D_ * Shares accountability for overall patient health outcomes, working in coordination with Care Teams_x000D_ * Operates to instill confidence in our care and in our facilities to patients, fellow employees, and other stakeholders_x000D_ _x000D_ **Qualifications**_x000D_ _x000D_ * MD or DO degree_x000D_ * Completion of four-year psychiatric residency_x000D_ * Completion of or eligible for ABPN Board certification_x000D_ * Valid CA medical license required_x000D_ * Valid CA DEA license required_x000D_ * Valid BLS certification from approved American Health Association provider required upon hire_x000D_ * Valid DEA Medication Assisted Treatment waiver to prescribe buprenorphine_x000D_ * Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred_x000D_ _x000D_ As a private, non-profit 501(C) (3) community health organization, we serve over 350k medical, dental, and behavioral health visits from more than 77k people annually.
