Title: Price Club Director
Reports to: Director of Club Services
Salary Range/Benefits: $50,000+ annual salary, DOE. Bonus potential, paid leave, medical and other insurance benefits, 401(k), discounted childcare

Hours: 40 hours/week; Monday - Friday. Some off-site, weekend, and evening work required
Status: Salary non-exempt

As a Club Director, you will establish Club programs, activities, and services that prepare youth for success and create an outcome-driven Club experience that facilitates the achievement of youth development outcomes. This role will also create and maintain excellent rapport with schools and school district personnel/administration, community supporters, and local municipalities.

Responsibilities of the Club Director:


● Oversees the leadership development for two Program Directors and other key staff to help ensure a strong working team
● Ensure a healthy, safe environment, with well-maintained facilities, equipment, and supplies
● Plan, develop, implement and evaluate Clubs overall programs, services and activities to ensure they meet stated objectives and member needs and interests
● Compile regular reports reflecting all activities, attendance, and participation
● Overseeing and managing systems for accurate recordkeeping, accurate and timely reporting, program accountability, safety, maintenance of facility, budget, and revenue management
● Manage Club financial resources, assisting in the development of annual budgets. Control expenditures against budget
● Ensure administrative and operational systems are in place to maintain the operation of the Club's physical properties and equipment, including the use of facilities by outside groups.
● Ensure compliance with organization policies
● Recruit, manage and provide career development opportunities for branch staff and volunteers. Conduct regular staff meetings
● Develop and maintain public relations to increase the visibility of programs, services, and activities within the Club and the community
● Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, schools, and local businesses in support of Club programs

Skills and Knowledge:


● 4-year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience

Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision, facilities management, and the recruitment and retention
of key personnel
● Strong communication skills, both oral and written
● Ability to recruit, train, supervise and motivate staff
● Ability to deal effectively with members including discipline problems
● Working knowledge of budget preparation, control and management
● Demonstrated ability in working with young people, parents and community leaders

Organization Requirements:


● Must be at least 21 years of age or older
● Must be able to drive 15 passenger vehicles and have a good driving record
● Must be able to pass a criminal background check
● Must be able to pass Drug Screening
● Be CPR and First Aid certified
● Be adaptable and flexible to change
● Assume other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
● Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (three hours or more consecutively)
● Must be able to lift 30 pounds sporadically during a regular work shift
● Must be able to be physically active (bend, kneel, reach, stretch, etc.) throughout a regular work shift
