- Sweeps, picks up debris, transports tools and equipment, transporting and dumping debris via gondolas/buggy or trash barrel, removal of any obstructions I order to maintain perimeter fall protection.
- Protects occupied spaces by posting of signs, erecting plastic enclosures, installing floor protection, checking for negative air, guarding fire protection systems and dewatering.
- Assists in maintaining worksite safety through a variety of tasks including installing and removing barricades, setting up road signage communicating with and participating in signaling, flagging, and assisting with rigging of items to crane.
- Signals operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications.
- Assists in material handling including the unloading of delivery trucks and transporting.
- Performs final and general space clean up that may include mopping, dusting, and removal of floor protection.
- Applies caulking compounds by hand or with caulking gun to seal crevices.
- Work with wood, concrete, drywall, metal, and steel.

Please note that the full base pay range for incumbent employees in this position can be expected to fall between $20/hr and $36/hr. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay overtime based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.
