Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational curriculum for preschool children
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as math, literacy, and physical education
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide individualized support as needed
- Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's development
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive behavior management strategies
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Previous experience working in a childcare or preschool setting
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques
