This is a full-time position with a schedule Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (or closing). The pay is $12.00-$14.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This is an onsite role at our center location: 7507 Aloma Ave., Winter Park, FL 32792

What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by creating classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Lead by example and encourage achievements through modeling and coaching
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate exercises to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Maintain a personal, professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Ensure all facility policies and state regulations are met

What We Need from You:
• High School Diploma or GED and/or Degree in Early Education or related field of study
• FL DCF 45-hour training required with a CDA preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of professional early childhood education or experience preferred
• Must clear a full level II DCF background check
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and basic computer skills
• Strong understanding of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where students are engaged and encouraged to succeed
• Effective in communicating with both students and parents to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns
