Program Overview:

We are actively seeking a dedicated Program Director with a profound commitment to fostering children's development within enriching environments. In this role, you will oversee onboarding processes, document collection, teacher coaching, and quality management in Sacramento.

The Program Director assumes responsibility for the quality and timeliness of monthly documentation, collaborating closely with the Site Director and Assistant Director. Our program caters to children aged 1 to 5 years, employing Creative Curriculum and the Environmental Rating Scales in our classrooms.

The position entails close collaboration with management, teachers, and office staff, addressing aspects such as scheduling, classroom management, and daily program operations. It is an ideal role for an individual with a child-centric focus, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with staff, families, and team members.

Overview of the role:

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. While primarily based at the Rancho Cordova site, the Program Director will also engage with the South Sacramento site as necessary. Compensation starts at $33.00 per hour, with the potential to increase to $35.00 per hour based on qualifications.

Requirements:

• Must be Site Supervisor qualified
• Must have 10 years preschool experience, with at least 5 years experience as a Director
• Must have immunizations required by the Health Department as well as TB, physical, livescan clearances
