Essential Functions:
What will you do?
- Influence and teachemployees to ensure our team is equipped with knowledge to support the Prepared Foods,
- Independently travelandvisit storeswith a strong understanding of each unique location to ensure training standards and requirements are met.
- Facilitate traininganddevelopment programsto ensure performance and financial metrics are achieved.
- Collaboratewith client toidentify areas of development opportunityfor associates.
- Work closely with Acosta's client base to understand present training needs, assign andexecute formalized training programs, plansandcurriculumthat align with the business needs.
What you will bring to the team:
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to freely and as part of a team set up displays, take part in resets and remodels.
- Understanding & knowledge of Prepared Foods, Meat, Cafe, Produce, Floral, Freezer, Cooler, and Deli production skills within the clubs.
- Ability to influence and support leaders to implement best practices.
- Strong skills with Microsoft office products which include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage financials, including P&L responsibilities.
- Technical experience in core retail Fresh Foods, and/or Deli operations and/or supervisory/management preferred.
- Willingness to travel using valid driver's license.
- Food Safety Certification (provided by company if needed)
- High School Diploma/GED
