Responsibilities:
Prepare and portion ingredients for salads, wraps, and other menu items.- Assist in cutting, chopping, and marinating various vegetables, proteins, and toppings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the prep area.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of ingredients.
- Ensure that all food products are fresh and of high quality.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Leader or Manager. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
