**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and portion ingredients as directed by the head chef.
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits.
- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
- Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency in food quality.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized.
- Assist in stocking and organizing the kitchen inventory.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar role preferred.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry heavy pots, pans, and trays.
- Work in a hot and noisy kitchen environment.

**Education:**
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

**Certification:**
Food handler's permit or certification is a plus.
