Arcadia Security is hiring several officers to provide Fully Uniformed, Armed security for multiple sites on and around the Las Vegas area. -Swing & Night ONLY-

Site Information:
Each site is in a retail setting, with some locations being industrial and others being a marketplace. However, we are not working as undercover loss prevention. We are a fully uniformed presence to deter crime, theft and provide a safer environment for the store employees.

Each shift is 8.5 hours (with a 30-minute lunch and 2 ten-minute breaks). Outside of the authorized breaks, officers will be required to stand post with foot patrols in and through the site location. Note – this position offers, and at time requires overtime on a regular basis.

Requirements:
We need professionals in both appearance and performance, that know how to communicate with the public, present a positive and professional image and effectively respond to and resolve conflict when necessary.

Compensation:
$20.00 per hour is for applicants with qualifying experience from the Military/Private Security Sector. Qualifying experience does not just mean you have worked in security. You have to have experience working in an enforcement capacity and your resume must show stable and verifiable employment history.

$23.00 per hour is for applicants that have qualifying experience (as detailed above) AND must have had a POST certification in the past. The POST does not need to be active but you will be required to provide a copy of your POST certificate to qualify for this higher rate. There will no exceptions.

Pay rate increases will come with reviews that are conducted after 90 and 180 days of employment. Additional reviews are conducted after each anniversary date of employment, where an additional pay increase is also considered.

After 180 days, officers are also eligible for the company medical program.
